Come celebrate the fifth year of the New Trade Winds Storytelling Festival at PEM. Enjoy artists and storytellers from Alaska, Hawai‘i, and Massachusetts as they continue to explore our universal relationships with the sea through intriguing and thought-provoking performances. Made possible by New Trade Winds.

Feature performance
A Whalers' Tale: The Adventure Continues
Atrium

Watch and listen as visitors to an Inupiat home anticipate their long-awaited journeys home via a whaling vessel. Performers demonstrate the importance of gift-giving and recognition of the host through songs, dances, and stories of celebratory homecomings.
