Red Sox nation can't get enough of the hometown baseball heroes, and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston is inviting them in for more fun on Saturday, April 23, to meet Mr. Baseball himself, Johnny Pesky! In celebration of the Rockwell and the Red Sox installation, the Museum has organized two booksignings that baseball lovers young and old will be excited about.

Baseball Book Signings Saturday!

1:00 – 2 :00 pm: Children’s author Matt Tavares signs his baseball-inspired books, Zachary’s Ball, Mudball and Oliver’s Game.*

2:30 – 3:30: Baseball great Johnny Pesky, along with author Bill Nowlin,
autograph Mr. Red Sox: The Johnny Pesky Story.

**Author Matt Tavares will be reading from his books at 11:30 and 12:30
in the old Tea Gallery by the “Rockwell and the Red Sox” exhibit.

Book signings will be in the Museum Bookstore & Shop.
