Workshop Facilitator: Michael Ciborski
BIO: Michael began his training in mindfulness with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh in Plum Village, France, in 1994, becoming a Buddhist monk 4 years later. During his time at Plum Village, he served as a chant master and tutor in the monastery, and facilitated retreats around the world. In 2003, Michael left Plum Village to return to lay life and marry. He and his wife, Fern Dorresteyn, who is also a Dharma teacher, now live in New Hampshire with their three children and are building a mindfulness practice community for sustainable living called MorningSun.
