Mister Vic kicks things off at 10am with his energetic music & movement performance (ages 0-5), while the rest of the day offers three different birthday party samplers where kids (2+) can hear great stories, take a turn at some fun related crafts, and opt to paint a related piece of pottery (to take home in about a week).
All parties are low-cost adventures for families: Mister Vic tickets are $5 each ($10 family max.), each craft party adventure is $5 per child, generous discounts offered on select books read at Story time, and themed pottery pieces sold with no Studio fee!
Party themes include: Barefoot Animal Party (11am); Pirates Ahoy! (2pm); and a Royal Birthday Party (3:30pm). Costumes encouraged! All ages welcome (crafts appropriate for ages 2+). Pre-register for Mister Vic and the craft parties at 978.369.1770.

Barefoot Books is located at 89 Thoreau Street in the Concord Depot. Take the MBTA's Fitchburg commuter rail line to the 'Concord' stop and you will arrive across the street from our Studio. If driving, we are just over 30 minutes northwest of Boston. Take Route 2W to Rte. 62E (RH turn at lighted intersection). Follow <1 mile to another lighted intersection; turn right onto Thoreau Street. Barefoot Books is 2 blocks ahead on your LH side. Free parking in lot alongside our building or in lot directly across Thoreau Street (in spots facing the street). Ample metered street parking.
