The event on Sunday, April 2, 2006 at Volo Farm in Westford, MA, is free and open to the public; it begins with breakfast at 7:00 am and continues through the afternoon competition which will end sometime after 5:00 pm. Winners of the competition qualifiy to compete in the IEA National Championships in Wilmington, Ohio, April 29 and 30, 2006.
Verrill Farm will cater both breakfast and lunch so that family, friends and the general public will be able to stay all day and have the choice of excellent, fresh food while watching the competition.

8:30 am • Drawing of harses for all classes & course walk
9:30 am • Competition Begins - Jumping in the morning
Noon • Competition continues with Flatwork - walk, ride, canter

breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg & cheese), coffee cake, juice, water & coffee
10:00 am on • Verrill Farm lunch served a la carte
chicken caesar wraps, sausage, pepper & onion subs, hot dogs, hamburgers, grilled cheese, and assorted beverages
About the Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA)
Established in 2002, the IEA promotes and improves the quality of equestrian competition and instruction for middle and secondary school students and is the off-spring of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association. In the Zone 1 Finals on April 2, 8 teams and 95 riders will compete to go to the Nationals. In addition to the CET, the competition at Volo Farm includes 7 other qualifying teams from throughout New England.
