Throughout the week, you’ll be able to try out a variety of sports, games, dances and just plain fun activities. Learn how easy it can be to PLAY your way to better health!
Monday, April 16 there will be a flipping and tricking demo at 10am.
Tuesday, April 17 features Creative Movement at 10am & 11am as well as an interactive hula hoop presentation from the Boston Hoop Troop
Wednesday, April 18 from Noon-4:30pm explore the world of sports with student-athletes from Stonehill College.
Thursday, April 19 features creative movement at 10am & 11am. From Noon-1pm Pawtucket Red Sox mascot Paws will be on hand for photos, autographs and fun. At 1pm Rhode Island Fencing Academy and Club will be on hand for an exciting demonstration.
Friday, April 20 starts with Fitness for Kids at 10am and we’ll be giving away free pedometers from 10am on so you can track your steps and see just how healthy play can be!
Sunday April 22 at 1pm & 3pm you are invited to Get Moving with the Boston Cannons Dance Team. Team members will be on hand for a brief performance followed a tutorial.
All vacation week activities are free with Museum admission. Admission is $7.50 per person; members and children under 1 are free. Spring into Action runs April 14-22. During vacation week, the Museum is open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday from noon-5pm.
