Chef Antonio Bettencourt will prepare special Mother’s Day dishes in addition to the regular menu in honor of his first inspiration to enter the culinary arts, his Mother.
Treat Mom to dishes such as the Fig & Ricotta Crostini - Whipped ricotta with roasted black mission figs and aged balsamic vinegar ($9.00), Insalate di Farro - Farro salad with prosciutto di Parma, roasted almonds, pecorino di toscano & green apples ($9.00) or Chef Bettencourt’s acclaimed Cider braised pork belly with spicy red cabbage salad ($10.00).
No trip to “62” is complete without trying Chef Bettencourt’s handmade pasta.
Made especially for Mother’s Day try Chef Bettencourt’s Taglierini al Granchio - Taglierini tossed with Jonah crab, crushed red pepper and toasted breadcrumbs ($13.00 half/$26.00), or the Chitarra al Crudo - Spaghetti alla chitarra with tuna crudo, grape tomatoes, capers, basil & mint ($14.00 half/$28.00).
Enjoy special entrees all day long such as the Scottaditti - Grilled lamb chops with zucchini, black olives, roasted tomato, crumbled feta, Sardinian couscous and basil ($25.00/$32.00 at dinner), Fileto di Manzo - Roasted, stuffed beef tenderloin with prosciutto, parmigiano and herbs with grilled asparagus ($26.00/$36.00 at dinner), or the Warm Lobster Salad with Pan-roasted lobster cippoline, pancetta, grape tomato, roasted garlic and grilled ciabatta ($28.00).
Pair your selections with from-scratch cocktails from 62’s Mixologist Jeremy Bogert featuring items such as: the 62 Bellini with fresh peach, prosecco and rosemary simple syrup ($9.00), or enjoy the Hemingway Daiquiri featuring white rum, Maraschino liqueur, pineapple and lime ($10.00).
