What's Cooking at your Library: A Little Taste of China

Through show-&-tell with chef Norma Chang, children aged six and older with an adult will discover the different cooking appliances used in a Chinese kitchen and various artifacts in a Chinese home. Learn about the many varieties of Chinese vegetables, rice, sauces and other ingredients.

Observe the different cooking methods and sample the dishes prepared during the program. At the Thomas Crane Public Library. Registration required, beginning Monday, October 2. To register, call 617-376-2411 or stop by the Main Library Children's Room.
