True Family FunFun for kids and grown-ups. Don't worry if you don't know how to make a Challa. They explain everything and you do everything with your own hands.First you braid a challah with a ready dough, and while it's rising and in the over, you make dough (to take home and have another fun afternoon during the week) and listen to interesting tales about Challas.
The you leave with the dough and freshly baked challa to snack in the car back home...
A Wonderful TimeThe workshop, for a first time event, went very well. My 5-year old loved it. The best part for him was taking home a fresh baked loaf of Challah bread and extra dough to bake at home. He was very proud of his accomplishments. Also, he loved the story telling. Mark Binder did a great job controlling the chaos of bread making with 30+ kids and at entertaining everyone while the bread baked.
