Join the Blue Hills Obervatory for a kite dynamics workshop where you will learn to build a wide variety of kites from one complete kit. The morning session is for all ages but requires an adult companion for all children 6 to 12 years old. This activity is NOT appropriate for most children under age 6.

The afternoon session is for ages 13 and above. All ages may work with partners on the
same kit, though we suggest no more than 3 people per kit. Both sessions include a special kite tour of the Observatory.

COST

The session fee is $75 for the first person including the kit and all associated materials for non-members. The discounted rate for members is $60. The cost for additional people working with the same kit is $15, or $10 for members.
