Extras for Creative Reuse will host the Big Impact Gala in honor of our Creative Reuse & Up-Cycling Center.
Attendance of this event will go a long way to support our cause!
Each year we raise money to help increase the amount of creative learning materials we distribute to classrooms, artists and organizations throughout the North Shore and Greater Boston areas, this facilitates our mission of helping children and the environment.
Join us on Thursday May 28th from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lynn Museum & Historical Society at 590 Washington Street in Lynn, MA.
Our Big Impact Gala is a celebration of 34 years of supporting educational and cultural programs!

Enjoy live music, Spin the Winning Wheel, capture a moment at the photo booth, bid at our silent auction on exclusive items like Coach purses, event tickets and artwork, mingle with community members, artists and donors, be entertained by our amazing group of members, and meet our new Board of Directors!
For the past thirty-four years, Teachers, Artists, Educators, Parents and Caregivers have come to rely on Extras for our low to no cost materials to supplement their educational and creative arts programs and projects.
Through workshops, partnerships, collaborations, and community outreach events, we are able to give hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of materials to our surrounding communities, making education and the arts more affordable, while helping the environment and local businesses.
In addition to offering these materials, we also host educational field trips, workshops, team building events, art exhibitions, and offer volunteer opportunities for the developmentally delayed and special needs adults and children.
Extras for Creative Reuse is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, membership-based, creative reuse center and arts workshop space located in Lynn, MA.
Each week, we divert about 10,000 pounds of materials from the landfills and redistribute these to programs in need throughout the learning and creative communities.
Materials such as wood, tiles, paints, paper, fabric, office supplies, textiles, architectural samples and thing-a-ma-jigs are donated from manufacturers, businesses, individuals and institutions.
