- Storytelling Concert: ¡Ay Caramba! - Framingham Main Library, Costin Room, 3:00pm - Lexington St. Master Story Performer Leeny Del Seamonds presents a piñata full of folk tales and stories decorated with English-Spanish and bursting with humor. (for ages 3-5 and family.) FREE event, but tickets required. Pick up free tickets at the library’s Children’s Room, April 17-April 21, or at Newcomers & Neighbors Center the day of the performance between 2-3 pm.

492 Potter Rd. Learn about Framingham’s unique umbrella organization, the TWPTO, and hear Heather Jack, Director of the Volunteer Family, describe how parents can raise children to be caring and concerned for others.

10am-Noon, Shoppers World. Get information, resources, free handouts and gifts fromWIC on Wheels Van and Babies R Us and MetroWest Community Health Care Foundation. Ask questions of a nutritionist in the van, and
Dr. Gwen O’Keefe will talk about fussy eaters and answer any questions in Babies R Us meeting room.
-Celebrate Elmo’s Birthday, Barnes & Noble, 10:30am, Shoppers World. Celebrate the birthday of everyone’s favorite, furry, red friend with stories and a craft.
- Gymboree Free Classes - 2, 3 and 4pm by age. 1 Edgell Rd. classes designed to stimulate the senses and develop skills in young children: 2-3pm for birth-16 months; 3-4pm for 3-5 year olds; 4-5pm for 16 months-3 years olds.
