The Ritz-Carlton Signature Sundae ©¦ This Ritz-Carlton twist on the essential summertime dessert begins with gourmet vanilla and lemon verbena ice creams, crowned with sweet, ripe sliced strawberries and our bakery¡¯s buttery shortcake crumbles; the finishes include fresh strawberry sauce and, for decadence, a splash of Grand Marnier.
The Fenway Park ©¦ This may just be the new hometown favorite! Our salute to the Boys of Summer and our legendary ballpark combines gourmet chocolate, vanilla and coffee ice creams, and is topped with hand-dipped chocolate covered pretzels and our chef¡¯s own house-made ¡°Cracker Jack.¡±
Make Way For Ducklings ©¦ Our pastry shop¡¯s handmade profiteroles take shape as three pastry ducklings, filled with your choice of gourmet ice cream flavors and topped with a colorful assortment of toppings, including gummi bears, M&M¡¯s and sprinkles. The Green Monster ©¦ We loaded this one with everything green, from gourmet mint chocolate chip ice cream, to homemade mint marshmallows and Andes mint candies. Of course, no sundae would be complete without warm Valrhona chocolate sauce, M&M¡¯s and fresh whipped cream ¨C bring out the big bats to take on this one!
The North End ©¦ This libation will transport you straight to Napoli! We combine gourmet pistachio and chocolate gelato, brandy, and Italian sparkling soda for an authentic taste of Italy. A tastier combination than this? Fuhgeddaboutit!
The Irish Coffee ©¦ Legend has it that Irish coffee was invented to warm up cold travelers flying into Shannon Airport.
