Join the USS Constitution Museum in commemorating the 205th anniversary of her most famous victory against HMS Guerriere during which she earned her nickname “Old Ironsides.” Become a part of the story by painting your own naval battle scene, creating your own prize urn, or stepping into the roles of the courageous crew who manned Constitution’s cannons.
While at the Museum, don’t forget to explore the “Old Ironsides” 1812 Discovery Center exhibit to learn more about the War of 1812.
Admission to all Museum activities is FREE today thanks to the generous support of Highland Street Foundation’s Free Fun Friday program.
