This exciting event offers a chance for kids of all ages (even the adult kids!) to learn about inner values in a unique and fun way.

The Relax Kids program offers fun activity classes to help children manage anxiety and emotions while building self-esteem and confidence.
Using the unique Relax Kids CDs and book series, create calm confident kids at home too!
Activities include:
• Fun and Relaxing Games
• “Relax Kids” Meditation Sessions
• Arts and Crafts Projects
• Learn to Create Happy Thoughts
• Virtue Wheel and Virtue Card Readings The event runs for 3 hours, so feel free to stop by at any time.
