Toddlerfest 2017 runs every day Saturday, September 16 through Sunday, October 1st, culminating in the Children’s Museum of NH’s 34th Birthday Party and grand re-opening of the museum’s Build It – Fly It exhibit.
Today is Dragon Day!
We have a new MUSE Studio mascot here at the museum – a giant dragon sculpture prototype donated by local artist Peter Happney – and it needs a name!
We will have a dragon naming contest, dragon crafts and games, dragon storytime, a dragon scavenger hunt around the museum, and our own Gallery 6 curator and artist, Tess Feltes, will be teaching us how to draw dragons from 1-2pm.
Drop into the MUSE Studio anytime during the day to make an egg shaker instrument, go magnet fishing, and explore alphabet activities.
All activities are free with museum admission.
