This family event will feature a cultural presentation from a historical and social perspective of Cambridge Carnival and will take place on Sunday, August 12, 2007 from 3-7pm at the new Broad Institute , 7 Cambridge Center in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA. Performances include steel pan presentation, drumming, folkloric presentations, dancing, and multimedia and educational exhibits.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children and include food. Non-alcoholic beverages will be on sale.

The Broad Institute is located at 7 Cambridge Center (enter from Main Street) between Binney and Ames Street. Nearest MBTA stop is Kendall Square. Free Sunday parking is available at the MIT parking lot across the street.
