Children have always made toy boats to sail in ponds and streams. Build your own toy boat based on directions from the 1864 American Boy's Book of Sports and Games. Sand, paint, decorate, and raise the mast and soon you will be ready to set sail! Ages 5 & up.

Offered in association with the Concord Museum’s new exhibition, Building Thoreau’s Boat.
