The kick off will be our Live Art Event on April 28 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm, a unique opportunity to watch art being created!
Artists from Urban Sketchers will draw dancers, musicians and actors as they are performing.
The public can watch the performances, peek over the shoulders of the artists as they sketch, and even try their own hand at drawing with the materials provided—all for free!
Urban Sketchers is a Boston-based group of artists whose mission is to draw on location from direct observation, telling the story of their surroundings.
The free Exhibition will be open April 27 - May 6, as follows: Mon - Thurs: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Fri - Sat: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sun: 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
Art in Motion is part of the Franklin ArtWeek festival.

The Franklin Public Library is right next to Dean College in downtown Franklin. The Exhibition will be in the Community Room. The Live Art Event will be in the downstairs Meeting Room.
