Road Race & Racewalk & Walk
The Stoneham Public Schools Foundation presents a 'USATF Certified' Road Race held on Town Day, September 15.
Race Schedule:
8:30 am Kindergarten - 3rd Grades: Quick Loop Fun Run (200m)
8:45 am 4th through 8th Grader: One mile run at 8:45am
9:00 am 5K Road Race & Walk: USATF Certified 3.1 course – Flat & Fast
The race fee is $15 until September 7 and includes a t-shirt, after September 7 the fee increases to $20 and does not guarantee a t-shirt. For registration information contact Larry Epstein leppysportsunlimited@comcast.net or (617) 750-7822. You can also register the day of the event in front of Stoneham Town Hall at 8:00 am. Proceeds will benefit the Stoneham Public Schools.

Directions to Stoneham Town Hall - 35 Central Street, Stoneham, MA
From the South of Boston, also Medford, Cambridge, Somerville or Everett; Route 93 North, to Montvale Avenue, go right at the end of ramp (Montvale Avenue), go approximately one mile to Main Street, Stoneham, take a right at the traffic lights, then the 2nd left (Common Street), then the first right (Central Street), the town hall is on the left side of Central Street.
From the North: Lowell, Salem, NH, Derry, NH; Route 93 South, to Montvale Avenue, go left at the end of the ramp (Montvale Avenue), go approximately one mile to Main Street, Stoneham, take a right at the traffic lights, then take the 2nd left (Common Street), then the first right (Central Street), the town hall is located on the left side of Central Street.
From the North: Newburyport, Portsmouth, NH, Portland, ME; Route 95 South, to Route 128 South, go approximately seven miles to Route 28 South, follow Main Street, Stoneham, go five sets of traffic lights, take second left after lights and first right (Common Street), town hall will be on left side Central Street.
From the West: Take Route 128 North to Route 28 South, follow Main Street, Stoneham, go five sets of traffic lights, take second left after lights and first right (Common Street), town hall will be on left side of Central Street
