Each year the First Lieutenant of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company (AHAC) is responsible for laying a wreath at the grave site of Major George H. Maynard at Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham Massachusetts (off Prospect Street/adjacent to Charles River).
Major George Maynard was a member of our great company who received the Congressional Medal of Honor for actions during the Civil War.
The public is invited to observe this ceremony.
