The celebration offers an entire day of shipbuilding activities for children and adults, including Build-A-Boat Contests, Belt Sander Races, a Boat Parade, and demonstrations, along with food and music.
The museum is located at 66 Main St., Essex, on the grounds of the historic A. D. Story shipyard.
