Pete the Cat, that groovy feline who likes to sing his songs as he goes along, will be visiting the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire to greet young fans and help promote the love of reading!
Books Alive seeks to make reading a regular family experience.
Museum educators will be reading these fun and colorful books, written by Eric Litwin and illustrated by James Dean, throughout the day.
A friendly costumed Pete the Cat will pop in and out to greet children, exchange a hug or high-five and pose for photos.
Pete will be in the museum for the book readings at 10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm.
He will be gone from the building by 2:30pm.
There will also be a variety of Pete-the-Cat-inspired literacy, math and creative activities for all guests.
Free with Museum admission.
FOR CMNH MEMBERS ONLY: If you have a CMNH Membership (any level), you can visit Pete the Cat before the public on Friday, November 8 from 5:30-7pm.
