The Book Rack is thrilled to welcome Tomie dePaola, one of the most beloved figures in the world of children’s literature. He has been published for over 40 years and is the creator of over 200 books for young readers. In addition to his many other prestigious awards, Tomie is the recipient of both the Newbery Honor and Caldecott Honor Awards.
Strega Nona, Big Anthony, Jamie O’Rourke, and the Barkers are among Tomie’s most beloved creations. Help us welcome Tomie as we celebrate the publication of his newest book, Tomie dePaola’s Front Porch Tales and North Country Whoppers.
