Moms as Mentors is open to girls in grades three - eighth and their moms. The program brings together mothers and daughters for a day of team-building, wellness, and leadership training activities. Workshops will include nutrition, exploring images in the media, and positive leadership, while activities will include team-building, problem solving adventures, games, and challenges.

Featured guest speakers are Olympic Silver Medalist Michelle Guerette and 4-time world Champion Whitney Post. Bring something fun for them to sign their autographs!
