Guard Up! Family Swordsmanship is the largest swordsmanship training facility in the USA. In celebration of its upcoming 10th anniversary, Guard Up is opening its doors to visitors age 4 & up to join a free class or two for one week only. These classes will be opened for public participation the week of October 26 through November 1.
Guard Up offers a variety of classes in swordsmanship and adventure… from Olympic Foil Fencing and Japanese Kendo to creative plot-driven classes where kids solve mysteries and fight monsters.
After enjoying the classes, join us on Sunday, November 2 for a very unique Haunted Adventure for ages 10+ from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A Not-So-Scary Haunted Maze will provide entertainment and fun for those who are ages 4-9 at 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The Haunted Adventure is $10/person for nonmembers. The Not-So-Scary-Haunted Maze is $5/person for nonmembers.

Classes are Sunday,October 26 through Sunday, November 2 (please see our website for class schedule). Sunday, November 2 Haunted Adventure from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. for ages 10 and up. Not-So-Scary Haunted Maze ages 4-9 at 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The Haunted Adventure is normally $45. However, if you bring a nonmember friend with you, it’s just $10 each. If you bring a nonmember friend to classes that week and the Haunted Adventure, then you get to go for Free! The Not-So-Scary-Haunted Maze is $25/person or just $5 with nonmember friend (or free if they attend classes with you that week!).

Directions from I-95 North or Southbound:
Take exit 32B. Bear right at the end of the exit ramp. Drive past the Burlington Mall then down a short incline to the intersection of Burlington Mall Road and Middlesex Turnpike. Proceed through traffic light and look for 141 MIddlesex Turnpike about a quarter mile ahead on the corner of Meadow Road. Drive past the building and turn right onto Meadow Road and park in lot behind Guard Up.
Directions from Route 3 Southbound:
Take the Rt 62 (Bedford Street/ Burlington Road) exit. Turn left at the exit ramp traffic light. Drive approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Middlesex Turnpike. Drive through three traffic lights staying in the left lane. Look for Meadow Road approximately 1/10 mile after third light. Turn left onto Meadow Road (the building on the right corner is 141 Middlesex Turnpike). Drive around until you see the Guard Up parking lot on the right.
