The open house will be held the week of Monday January 19, 2009 through Saturday January 24, 2009. Classes are held weekdays from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Saturdays 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Men and women, ages 15 years-old and older are invited to participate in these classes. No prior experience is necessary. Reservations are welcome but not required.
Body Mind Systems uses martial arts knowledge to help men and women improve themselves physically and mentally. Martial arts training helps improve confidence, discipline, focus, willpower, and awareness as well as helps with weight loss, stress relief and developing practical self-defense skills. Men and women use the training to develop the willpower to help achieve any of their personal goals in life.
Body Mind Systems offers a comprehensive martial arts training system that teaches eight martial arts which encompass the foundations of all martial arts styles. The school teaches kung fu, bagua zhang, tai chi, judo, taekwondo, aikido, traditional Asian weapons and samurai sword.
Body Mind Systems school has four other locations in the Greater Boston area in the towns of Arlington, Marblehead, Roslindale and Woburn.
The Stoneham location also serves Boston and the North Shore including the towns of Reading, Wakefield, Melrose, Medford and Saugus. The school offers martial arts training to children ages 4 years-old and older.
