Kids can have fun while getting a full-body workout on an interactive Sportwall at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC in Newton. A seven-week class, called Sportwall Interactive Fitness, is designed to get kids moving and active, without feeling like they’re “working out.” Children in grades 1-4 can improve cardiovascular and core strength, speed and agility, visual and spatial awareness, coordination, and reaction time.

Class takes place on Tuesdays (3:30-4:30pm) beginning April 13 (for grades 1-3) and Thursdays (4:35-5:35pm) beginning April 15 for grades 2-4. Class includes Dance Dance Revolution and interactive Wii games. Cost is $170. Open to all. Register at www.jccgb.org/register or contact 617-558-6456 or [email protected].
