The Boston Red Sox have asked us to pass along this announcement about $10.00 tickets to a peanut-allergy-friendly section in the Green Monster at the July 28 Cape Cod League All-Star game. This is a great opportunity to watch baseball at Fenway from such a unique location and at a great price!

The Red Sox are pleased to offer another special opportunity for families to bring children with peanut allergies to Fenway in a safe environment.

Next Wednesday, July 28th, Fenway Park is hosting the Cape Cod League All-Star Game. They have arranged for a few sections of the Green Monster to be peanut-allergy-friendly by deciding not to sell any peanut or nut products in that area during this event. Here are the details:

Tickets are General Admission but they have reserved a section of the Green Monster for this use

• Ticket price: $10
• Game Time is 7:00pm (Gates Open at 4:30pm)
• Tickets are valid for both the game and the Home Run Derby before the game (HR Derby Starts at 6:00pm)
• They will wristband individuals upon arrival and close off the designated section to wrist banded patrons only
• Entrance will be at Gate E from 4:30pm – 7:30pm
• Pick up tickets and drop off waivers at Gate E on the day of the game
• If interested, autograph sessions for both teams will take place from 4:30pm – 6:30pm (Not In Peanut Friendly Section)

STEP BY STEP PROCESS
Email Michael Lawlor (mlawlor@redsox.com) with the number people your family will be bringing to the game
• He will confirm that they have adequate room for your group.
• Follow link ( http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/bos/ticketing/cape_cod_league.jsp ) to purchase your tickets
• Report to Gate E 'Will-Call' to pick up tickets and drop off waivers at designated desk inside the gate
• They will wristband you once they receive your waiver, and escort you to the designated section on the Green Monster.
The Red Sox have taken steps to ensure this area will be cleaned and properly maintained for this event.
