The swim team season begins on September 20. A five-day swim team trial, which is open to swimmers with no previous swim team experience, takes place September 20, 21, 22, 27 and 28 from 5-6:30pm (ages 10 and under) and 6:30-8:15pm (ages 11 and older) at the JCC. Experience in swimming is necessary and knowledge of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke is required.
The swim team trains at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC indoor pool and at the Town of Brookline pool. Registration is open to the entire community. JCC membership required. To register for the trial, contact 617-558-6490 or [email protected] or download a registration form at www.lsjcc.org/aquatics.
