4 v 4 (5 field players & a goalie) Ages: 18 & above Teams will be formed according to attendance Will be officiated Everyone plays: players will rotate Must wear a mouth guard If you need a stick; Sluggers has a few, call ahead if you need one Games will be played on indoor turfed field.

The playing field is smaller than regulation size and 7 v 7, providing for an intimate game!

National field hockey rules will apply.

All talent levels are welcome.
