Karishim is a competitive swim team open to boys and girls ages 6-18.
Self-esteem, teamwork and sportsmanship are emphasized.
Swimmers participate in US Swimming League meets held throughout New England.
Team trials take place on September 16, 17, 18, and 23 at the JCC.
Experience in swimming is necessary and knowledge of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke is required.
Cost for the four-day trial is $50.
The swim team trains at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC indoor pool and at Regis College in Weston.
Registration is open to the entire community.
JCC membership required.
