Santander Bank, N.A. is hosting a public meet and greet with New England Revolution star forward Charlie Davies to celebrate the Bank’s Santander Soccer Scholars program, which recognizes New England students’ academic achievements.
Davies, a New England native, serves as the champion and official face of the 2015 Santander Soccer Scholars program.
Attendees will have the opportunity to improve their soccer abilities during a skills and drills demonstration led by Davies, pose for pictures with the Revolution Mascot Slyde, enjoy complimentary refreshments, win prizes, and nominate a deserving local student as a Santander Soccer Scholar.
The free event will offer chances to win a VIP match day experience throughout the season and the first 20 people in attendance will receive tickets to an upcoming Revs game.
To nominate a child for the Santander Soccer Scholars program, parents are invited to submit up to 100 words highlighting their child’s finest academic accomplishments from the 2014-2015 school year by visiting www.revolutionsoccer.net/santander-soccer-scholars.
