Our kids program is a group strength and conditioning class designed to help children learn more about their bodies and develop their physical fitness. Our classes help with cardiovascular endurance, weight control, increasing motor skills, and strengthening athletic coordination and agility.

Registration tables will be onsite during Open House Week.

All boot camps are fully facilitated by highly experienced, professional, certified fitness instructors to ensure loads of fun and maximum interaction of all children. Water bottles, training booklet handouts, and education/motivation will be supplied by the Get Fit Solution and the U.S. Army.

Regular Classes: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons. 4-5:00pm Classes start Monday September 17th and run for 6 weeks.

The Weather: Indoor and outdoor facilities will be used. Get ready to get sweaty and play hard!
