The Phoenix Invites Boston-area First Responders for a Free Workout

Workouts will be done in various heats and attendees are welcome to participate in multiple sessions.
In partnership with the Boston Red Sox, local first responders will have the chance to win one of 15 tickets to a private workout at Fenway Park in early September to recognize National Recovery Month and The Phoenix’s mission to have the Boston community “Rise as One.” Lenny DiNardo, Red Sox alumni and member of the 2004 World Championship team, will be there from 10:00 – 11:00 AM to meet and greet participants.
The Phoenix is a nonprofit organization which has inspired more than 32,000 individuals across America to redefine recovery.
Through a unique model of leveraging physical activity and social connection, The Phoenix aims to help people heal from substance use disorder and thrive in recovery.
All Phoenix classes are free of charge for anyone with a minimum 48 hours of continuous sobriety and led by instructors in recovery themselves.
