The Recreation division is offering a free softball clinic during February school vacation week.
Softball players will improve their game in a fun environment led by Parks and Recreation staff and the UMass Boston women's softball team. We're holding this free Softball Clinic at the new Carter Playground Bubble, an inflatable dome over one of the athletic fields that allows for year-round sports and recreation.
Most participants are 11 years old through high school age. If you have a younger athlete who would like to participate, contact the program manager for more information.
Athletes can join the Tuesday session, the Wednesday session, or both. Teams and individuals are encouraged to pre-register.
