Hello Parents!Come and join us for our Outdoor Summer Series on the Stoneham Town Common for our Children's classes (Kids 5 - 9 years old & Juniors 9 - 14 years old).
This year we are opening up the lessons to all parents and children that would like to try a class - no prior experience is necessary.
Training with your child in Martial Arts is a great way to help your child grow their confidence, discipline, and focus while leading them by the example you set by going through and improving those things yourself.
In regards to the lesson, we'll be doing breathing techniques with parents and children together before separating for the warmup and lessons (lessons will include adult and kid-specific martial arts movements & self defense) and then ending together with a fun game.
Come dressed in comfortable clothing like shorts and a T-shirt and remember to bring some water for you and your child(ren)!
The following times are available based on your child's age:
-Kids ages 5 - 9 will have class from 10 - 10:45
-Juniors ages 10 - 14 will have classes from 11 - 11:45
