A charming family-friendly bookstore with an outdoor deck, grassy yard, and fun staff hosts weekly Story Hour Theme Parties every Wednesday morning at 10am. The theme changes weekly and each involves book read-alouds, crafts, snacks, and related activities.

Themes are July 8th: Baseball with Cape Cod Baseball League book Summer Ball author Diane Troy, and perhaps a Chatham A ballplayer himself! July 15th: hiatus for sponsored Children's Rock Concert by Dre Towey at Kate Gould Park. July 22nd: Moon Landing 40th Anniversary! July 29th: Black Lab Dogs with Bear and Katie author Loni Burchett.

August 5th: Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed. August 12th: If You Give A Cat a Cupcake . August 19th: The Very Hungry Caterpillar. August 26th: Sesame Street. September 2nd: Maisy the Mouse
