Take your family for a stroll in the park – and read! Story Walk is a free activity that encourages families to be active outside while fostering a love of reading. Pages from children’s books are posted in Arsenal Park and Filippello Park in Watertown, leading visitors on a walk through the park as they progress through the book.

The two featured books, the Thoreau-inspired “Henry Hikes to Fitchburg” and “Henry Climbs a Mountain” by D.B. Johnson, follow the adventures of Henry the Bear as he explores the outdoors.
