Family Open Houses at the Boston Public Library: In honor of Mayor Menino’s inaugural, the eight Community Learning Initiative branches of the BPL are hosting Family Open Houses throughout the day on Sat, Jan 2. The BPL Family Open Houses will include storytelling, refreshments, book give-aways and community learning initiative information.
