Preservation
Hosted in the Jackson Homestead & Museum, preschoolers and their caregivers will learn about historic homes and why they are so important to our communities!
We will read The Little House by Newton-born Virginia Lee Burton, and preschoolers and their caregivers will have the chance to design their own paper shape house!
Historic Newton’s free, bi-weekly Storytime program engages kids 18 months to 6 years old by focusing on literacy, Newton's history, play, and lessons from our museums.
Families are welcome to bring snacks for their kids.
Includes free entrance to the museums after the program.
