For children aged 5 and older. Sponsored by the Quincy Arts Council.
Location: Main Library Community Meeting Room (ground floor).

If you also have a child age 2-5, there is a Jumpin Jammies PJ Storytime in the child'ren's library at the same time. Join storyteller Joan Goodman for a pajama storytime (kids can wear their PJs, but do not have to) designed especially for children ages 2-5 accompanied by an adult. Use up some of that boundless energy singing, dancing and listening to stories. Sponsored by the Friends of the Thomas Crane Library and the Quincy Arts Council.

From Boston via Route 93

Traveling south on U.S. Interstate 93, take EXIT 7 (Route 3 South to Braintree and Cape Cod). Immediately take the first right-hand exit off Route 3 South - EXIT 18, Quincy Center/Quincy Adams T Station. Continue straight on Burgin Parkway through five sets of traffic lights, passing the T station on your right and then a shopping center on your left. At the fifth light (1.2 miles from the first light), turn right onto Granite St., move into the center lane and follow Granite for one block to the intersection of Hancock St. Bear left onto Hancock St. and move into the right lane; a large granite church will be in front of you. Go through the next set of lights, passing behind the church to the intersection of Washington St. Turn right onto Washington Street. The library will be on your left and the library parking lot is just beyond the library on the left.

From the South via Route 93

Take Interstate 93 North toward Boston. Take the Route 3 South exit - EXIT 7 - toward Cape Cod. Exit immediately to the right at EXIT 18, Quincy Center/Quincy Adams T Station. Bear to the left following the signs for Quincy Center. Continue straight on Burgin Parkway through five sets of traffic lights, passing the T station on your right and then a shopping center on your left. From Cape Cod

Traveling North on Route 3, take EXIT 19, Quincy Center/Quincy Adams T Station. Via MBTA Subway

Take the Red Line train to the Quincy Center Station. Exit the station to Hancock St. Walk across Hancock St. and bear right around Presidents Place. At the first set of lights (Washington and Coddington Sts.), you will see the library directly across from you.
