Young trainiacs will enjoy new train picture books and a railroad inspired craft. Visit the museum's galleries featuring 9 model train layouts that run at the push of a button, antique dolls, toys, the family discovery gallery where children and adults role play Victorian life and tour the museum's historic Colonial home.

Driving:

From points south: Take Route 128 north to exit 20-A (Route 1A - Hamilton). Follow Route 1A north for 2.3 miles. The Museum is on the right before the Wenham Town Hall.
From points north: Take Route 95 South to Route 128 North. Then follow the directions as above.

Public Transportation:
B&M Commuter Rail to Hamilton-Wenham; 15-minute scenic walk south from the depot on Route 1A.

Wenham Museum's Kidventure programs are designed by the education department for pre-school age children.
Wenham Museum is located 30 minutes between Boston and Newburyport. Wenham is a beautiful New England town located on Boston's North Shore. Picinic on the lawn or visit one of the local restaurants and make a day of it!
