Explore the ROAR! at Stone Zoo's T. Rex Adventure
Embark on an adventure of prehistoric proportions at T. Rex Adventure!
This special exhibit features a 20-foot long Plateosaurus, a plant-eater that roamed the Earth 200 million years ago, and a 42-foot-long T. Rex, a famously formidable and powerful dinosaur.
An array of incredibly realistic animatronic dinosaurs, as well as dinosaur skeletons, will be nestled within the trees, bushes and undergrowth to impress visitors.
“With moving, roaring, life-like animatronic dinosaurs, this exhilarating experience is not to be missed for both little and big dino-enthusiasts alike,” said John Linehan, Zoo New England President and CEO. “Guests will see some of the incredible examples of biodiversity that once inhabited our planet and the finality of extinction.”
T. Rex Adventure opens April 16 and runs through Sept. 6. This seasonal experience is included with general Zoo admission, and advance online ticket purchase is required. To purchase tickets, visit www.stonezoo.org.
