Moving from the city to a house out in the country can be really tough, just ask Henry. He badly misses Annie, his best friend, and is having trouble finding a playmate in his new neighborhood. Luckily Mom and Dad buy him a great, big, 180lb. slobbery dog – Mudge – with whom he can share all kinds of adventures.
The 60-minute musical, based on the best-selling books by Cynthia Rylant, is appropriate for children ages four and up. It will be performed by “Theatreworks USA”, America's largest and most prolific professional not-for-profit theatre for young and family audiences.
Tickets are on sale now in person or by phone at the Easton Y, 508-238-9758. Seating is by general admission, and tickets are $10 each. Doors open at 1:30pm.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Y’s Strong Kids Campaign, which provides financial assistance for memberships, childcare, recreation programs and camps for Easton families and children in need.
