Perfect for Valentine's Day, Circus-O-Scenario is a romantic comedy the entire family will enjoy.
This story is not unlike a circus-themed Cyrano de Bergerac in which Bobo the clown, a poet and romantic whose station in life is reason for his self-doubt, finds himself involved in a love triangle.
Bobo is taken advantage of by the handsome and shallow Ring Master who intimidates Bobo into writing love letters to the beautiful Priscilla, the high wire aerialist, on behalf of the Ring Master.
Will Priscilla discover Bobo's secret?
Can Bobo ever realize his dream to be loved?
The answers and hilarity unfold between kooky circus acts, mistaken identities, and exchange of meaningful letters.
Complete with colorful costumes, lively music and outlandish characters, Circus-O-Scenario is a Valentine staged for the entire family.
Stacey April Fix has a long history of staging popular productions at the Firehouse.
Camp Pirate, Good Fortunes, Into the Act, Storyville Detectives and Blown Away are just a few of her earlier shows that wowed audiences with her creative costuming and set design.
