The Acton Cooperative Theater (The A.C.T.) is pleased to announce its Fall 2013 productions: Disney's High School Musical Jr. (Grades 4-9) and Furry Tales (Grades K-3).
Registration is now open for both shows at www.the-act.org.
An Early Bird discount of $50 off is available for all actors who register before June 5, 2013.
Disney Channel's smash hit movie comes to life on stage in High School Musical Jr. Join Troy, Gabriella, Sharpey, and the students of East High in this rousing and energetic musical as they deal with issues of first love, friends, and family while balancing their classes and extra-curricular activities.
High School Musical Jr. is open to all children entering grades 4-9 in Fall 2013 .
Furry Tales is a creative and humorous play for children in grades K-3.
In the past, the fairy tale creatures have lived peacefully with the talking animals, telling and retelling their stories.
But suddenly, the characters are mixing up the stories: Miss Muffet loves spiders, Rapunzel wants her hair cut, and Snow White is making berry poison.
To make matters worse, the animals are losing their tails!
Can the two be connected?
Follow three brave creatures on their hysterical journey to find a savior who can unscramble the mess before the tales and tails are gone forever!
The A.C.T.
is a unique, non-profit cooperative theater for children in grades K-9.
Their mission is to foster creativity and self-confidence in children as they improve and develop skills in various areas of the performing arts.
