This beloved Tony Award-winning musical takes us back to the age of chivalry and the tumultuous love triangle between King Arthur, Queen Guenevere, and Sir Lancelot. A doomed romance, a yearning for a once and future better world, and magical music define a show for the ages and the entire family. At the 50-year anniversary of the assassination of President Kennedy, we ponder yet again how youthful idealism and a desire to create a better social order are so often threatened by human passion and need.

Enjoyable 10 and up

Nice to see this show - not produced much anymore. My daughter had all kinds of questions about the 'real' King Arthur, so we enjoyed not only the theatrical aspect but talked history.
