Broadway Blast is a LINX Theater program located in Wellesley, MA.
The program meets for two hours every Friday afternoon from 4:30-6:30.
The rehearsals go for 4 months (February - June) and end with a final performance at the Rashi School in Dedham (June 7th with mandatory dress rehearsal on June 5th).
Auditions for Seussical JR will be on December 5th from 6:30pm-8:30pm.
Everyone gets a part!
Seussical is a musical based on the books of Dr. Seuss (mainly 'Horton Hears a Who!', 'Horton Hatches the Egg' and 'Miss Gertrude McFuzz') that had a glorious run on Broadway during the early 2000's.
The play's story is a combination of many of Seuss's most famous books.
There's nothing 'little kid' about this musical!
It is filled with rock and roll, pop and musical theater style vocals.
Students will also receive vocal, acting and dance training as part of their rehearsal process.
