Jim West developed and performed the shadow puppets for the Metropolitan Opera’s
Production Manon and had appeared on Mister Roger’s Neighborhood introducing countless children to the art of creating shadow puppets. For many years Jim worked with award-winning puppeteer Marshall Izen and together they authored The Dog Who Sang at the Opera, which was the recipient of a Parents Choice Award.
